N.B.: for all Polish orders placed by COD, please prepare the exact amount to be paid in cash. The courier is not allowed to give any change.

Orders from Swiss: prices on the website are inclusive of VAT. Import duties shall be borne by Guess.
Orders from Russia: for countries outside the European Union the prices are without VAT and do not include customs duties for which payment must necessarily be made at the time of delivery. The Russian Customs will require the import duties on the basis of the total value of goods imported by a single customer over a month, even if you purchase in separate orders and in different online store:
- Up to € 1.000,00, shipments are duty free;
- More than EUR 1.000,00 duties are equal to 30% of the value;
- Over 10.000,00 50% of the value.
Orders from Turkey:Custom duties are to be paid by the customer.
-With Standard: for all goods with value exceeding € 30,00 the custom duties are to be paid by the customer - from 18% to 25% depending on the purchased goods plus a fee for the equivalent of 4 TRL - that will be paid at the moment of delivery (no stop in Customs to wait for the payment);
-With Express: for all goods with value exceeding € 30.00 up to 1500 €, the customs clearance is handled by DHL (it will be reimbursed by the customer upon the delivery), but the recipient will be contacted to provide the necessary documents (copy of Turkish identity card- receipt of payment by credit card – link Internet to verify prices) if documents are not provided within three days, the goods will be transported in the bonded warehouse with charge of additional costs.
Orders from Albania:Custom duties are to be paid by the customer.
Orders from Macedonia: Custom duties are to be paid by the customer. After verifying the value of the goods, the customs authorities are authorized to determine, in each case, the customs duty and VAT to apply.
Orders from Moldova: Custom duties are to be paid by the customer.
Orders from Montenegro: Custom duties are to be paid by the customer. According to the Regulation of the right of exemption from customs duties on goods imported from other Countries, when its value does not exceed € 150.00 is not intended the application of customs duties or VAT.
Orders from Norway: Custom duties are to be paid by the customer.
Orders from Serbia: Custom duties are to be paid by the customer. In accordance with the national legislation in force, all goods purchased from foreign vendors whose value does not exceed € 50.00 are exempted from customs duties, but are subjected to VAT. All goods with value exceeding € 50.00 are subjected to customs duties and VAT.
Orders from Belarus: Custom duties are to be paid by the customer. Any ordinary shipment from foreign countries to Belarus customers is subjected to customs clearance and payment of customs duties, if the value of the goods exceeds € 120, 00 within each calendar month; This means that, in the case of three individual deliveries of goods with the value of € 30 each monthly, no duties are supposed to be applied; in the same case, if the total value of the merchandise exceeds € 120, the consumer would be required to pay customs duties.
