Watches can withstand water until the glass, crown, pushbuttons, watch case and seals remain intact.
Care and Safety: do not use crown, push buttons when watch is submerged.

How long does the GUESS warranty last and what does it cover?
The GUESS warranty covers material and manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover misuse or accidents due to water damage or normal wear and tear.
Warranty does not cover replacements, repairs or damages not caused by GUESS, batteries, watch straps, or glass case, malfunctions or damages caused by accidents or misuse (e.g. Scratched crystal or broken crystal).
If the warranty has expired or the problem is not covered by warranty, repairs are charged to the customer. A detailed quote will be sent complete with repair costs and must be confirmed before repairs will be undergone.
What materials are GUESS jewelry made of?
Many different materials are used depending on the collection, such as: glass, resin, silk cording, enamel, glass pearls, genuine crystals, and cubic zirconia stones.
The metal is an alloy of base metals specifically made for GUESS Jewellery. It is lead free.
Different finishes are applied to the metal depending on the collection by an electro-plating process. All plating processes are both Nickel and Cadmium free, and use real precious metals like gold, silver, and rhodium.
How long does the warranty on GUESS jewelry last?
GUESS Jewellery is fashion jewellery and does not have the same characteristics as fine jewellery. Your jewellery will react differently based on frequency of wear and how you take care of it. After wearing, always store your jewellery in the GUESS pouches provided at point of purchase. Proper care of your GUESS Jewellery will help to maintain its condition. Do not expose your jewellery to perfume, lotions, or any other chemicals. This will damage the finish.
How can I take care of my GUESS jewelry?
To clean jewellery, wipe gently with a damp cloth that is soft and clean. Dry with a soft, clean, absorbent cloth. Leave the piece of jewellery on a towel for an extended period of time to ensure it is completely dry. Do not use hot water or soak in water. Do not expose to soaps, detergents, cleaning agents or any other chemicals; including perfumes and hairspray.
